The following will answer specific questions to the terms of the dumpster rental agreement.

Drop Site disclaimer.
Customer warrants that any access/location provided for contractors equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any private pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route resonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, contractor shall not be responsible for damages to lawns, fences, or shrubbery. Customer assumes all liabilities for damages to pavement or road service, lawns, fences and shrubbery. Due to the uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, Jank Platoon USA cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer (s) responsibility to make Junk Platoon USA aware of any underground utilities, which might be affected by taking delivery of the cantainer (s).

What can't I put in the container?
Hazardous materials including chemicals, gasoline, oils, paints, solvents, car batteries, asbestos or aasbestos containing materials, propane tanks or any type of toxic waste..

Can I move the container?
NO! Any damages done will be users responsibility, call Junk Platoon USA, for a resonable fee, we will move the container.

How high can I load the container?
Please only load the top of the wall edge, if overloadig occurs, additional charges sill be assessed, if unsafe the caontainer will be unloaded to a safe level.

Calculating extra days
The standard container rental term is 14 days. You must call in your return pick up by 10am on the 14 day, if not you will be charged extra days at the rat posted on your invoice.
